N.I.R. Vacuum drier 1000/1600 pairs in 8 hours




UVCD 3 carries out for both shoes and boots with the relevant soles, the following functions:

- ULTRARAPID CEMENT DRYING (water base or solvent)
- ULTRARAPID CEMENT ACTIVATION

The system consists of a pre-chamber where the cement is warmed up and of a vacuum treatment chamber where, together with the use of the special N.I.R. lamps, with high penetration and low power consumption infra-red rays, the total cement drying and the relevant reactivation are obtained. The use of N.I.R. lamps in a vacuum environment allows to treat the shoes and the soles (at different treatment temperatures) in a very short time and therefore with a high output in a reduced room. By request, the machine can be supplied complete with the lamps at the exit to keep both the soles and the shoes in temperature.The highly innovative solutions used for the realization of UVCD 3, also allow, to get a high energy saving as follows:

• In a vacuum environment the water and the solvent evaporate at temperatures very much lower than 100° C.
• The N.I.R. lamps reach the set temperature almost immediately.
• Some special reflectors recover all the infra-red rays which are then directly projected on the shoe and on the sole.
• An electronic system trips the N.I.R. lamps by impulse, with rapid on and off.
• The N.I.R. lamps absorptions are adjusted in percentage form 0 up to 100% by proper electronic devices, according to the drying and reactivation results obtained at the end of the process.
• During the forward movement of the conveyor, the N.I.R. lamps automatically switch off.
• The non accumulation of heat inside the last, thanks to the very short treatment time, allows the use of a less powerful chiller.
