The TURBOJET heat setter carries out the following functions in automatic mode:
1. UPPER MOIST-HEAT SETTING
2. UPPER IRONING

These functions are carried out without any loss of heat by means of a special treatment chamber. This means saving of energy up to 60-70% as compared to traditional systems on the same production.
This is to point out, always on the basis of the same principles, that the forms are not subject to overheating. So the subsequent operational steps are simplified.
The system, which features simplicity and reliability, is utilized for manufacturing both shoes and boots. It can be used either along the traditional conveyors or as a unit in a Rink system.
The machine as a medium requires anly 5 kW power.

All electrical components comply with the current EEC standards.
