The heat setter with dual treatment chamber TURBOJET 4s carries out automatically the following functions:
1. UPPER MOIST - HEAT SETTINGS
2. UPPER IRONING

Two indipendent chambers allow to keep a temperature and a percentage of moisture absolutely different in each of them. Each single chamber is driven by a digital programmable elettronic control panel which permits to set separately either "step by step" forward movement speed of each conveyor or temperatures' values and steam quantity specifically required. This solution enables to obtain the uppers' setting assembled on the last with different hides without having to adopt approximate treatment values or their continuos variation. The system which features operation simplicity and reliablility, can be used for production of shoes and boots either along traditional conveyors or as a unit of Rink System.
