The TURBOJET 4 heat setter carries out the following functions in automatic mode:
1. UPPER MOIST-HEAT SETTING
2. UPPER IRONING

These functions are carried out without any loss of heat by means of a special 4-lanes treatment chamber. This means an important saving of energy compared to traditional systems on the same production.
It is also to point out that the technical solutions introduced allow not to overheat the lasts making easier the subsequent operational steps.
The system, which features simplicity and reliability, is utilized for manufacturing both shoes and boots. It can be used either along the traditional conveyors or as a unit in a Rink system.

All electrical components comply with the current EEC standards.
