The TURBO FROST system,
which is used after the sole pressing, carries out the following
function:
1. COLD SETTING
OF THE UPPER ON THE LAST
This function is obtained by means of a web-belt at adjustable speed and a special
ventilation system according to the production rates. It involves only the surfaces
treated, thus saving thermal energy.
The machine is available in version 1, 2 or 3 provided respectively for 1000,
2000 and 3000 pairs in an 8-hour shift.
Low power consumption and reduced overall dimensions are significant features.
The machine can be used either along the traditional conveyors or as a unit in
a Rink system.
All electrical components comply with the current
EEC standards.
