Compustore is the new and highly innovative multi-level rotary shelf storage/discharge system designed and manufactured by Anzani spa in order to organise the factory warehouse in the most practical and rational way possible.
The structure and modularity of Compustore is based on the specific needs of the user:
- Motorised shelving with independent automatic horizontal rotation of each level
- Instrument for the automatic loading and discharge of boxes on each level using bar code technology
- Belt elevator for the automatic forwarding of boxes from the warehouse operator's work station to the rotary shelving
- Roller descender for the automatic discharge of boxes from the rotary shelving to the warehouse operator's workstation
- Programmable control board for controlling all the electropneumatic and electromechanical equipment.
Compustore is managed by control software that:
- elaborates management data using the information received from the warehouse operator's PC or through direct communication with the central information system with which it can interact
- analyses the data received in terms of parts to store and/or discharge according to the work order received
- selects and records the location of boxes based on the analysis carried out
- automatically searches the location of selected boxes on each level of the shelving
- automatically loads/discharges selected boxes in sequential mode
- carries out data calculations for the inventory.
